We executed the Zawar Mines Project involving EPC of multiple underground substations for reliable power distribution in deep mining operations.
This project covered engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning of high-voltage underground electrical infrastructure to support mining equipment, ventilation systems, and critical underground operations.
Scope of Work:
• Engineering and EPC of multiple underground substations
• Installation of 33 kV and 6.6 kV power distribution systems
• Supply and installation of transformers, HT switchgear, and control panels
• Cable laying, termination, and underground power routing
• Testing, commissioning, and energization of substations
• Compliance with DGMS and industrial electrical safety standards
• Coordination with mining operations for underground execution
The Zawar Mines Underground Substation EPC project demonstrates our expertise in delivering high-reliability power infrastructure in complex underground mining environments with strict safety and operational requirements.
