We successfully executed the 8MVA Substation EPC Project at Rajpura–Dariba Mines for Hindustan Zinc Ltd., delivering reliable power infrastructure for critical mining operations.
This project involved end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of an 11 / 3.3 kV substation to support underground and surface mining facilities with stable and efficient power distribution.
Scope of Work:
• Engineering and design of 11 / 3.3 kV substation system
• Procurement of transformers, switchgear, panels, and protection systems
• Installation of 8 MVA power transformer and associated electrical systems
• Erection of HT and LT switchgear, protection relays, and control panels
• Cable laying, termination, and testing
• Testing, commissioning, and energization of the substation
• Compliance with mining safety and electrical standards
